Order Confirmation
Once the payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with the order summary.
Production of the artwork will begin immediately after confirmation.
Returns and Refunds
Each print is made to order. For this reason, returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect selection are not permitted.
Refunds or replacements are only available in the event of:
- Manufacturing defects (scratches, cuts, obvious imperfections)
- Damage caused during shipping
In these cases, you must:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photographic documentation of the issue
Once the defect has been verified, a free replacement of the artwork will be made as soon as possible.
If the artwork is no longer available, a full refund will be issued.
