Shipping
I ship to Italy and worldwide using selected couriers.
Estimated delivery times (after production):
Italy: 24–72 hours
Europe: 3–5 business days
Outside Europe: 5–10 business days
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code to monitor the delivery in real-time.
Packaging
Each print is protected with a system designed to preserve its integrity and quality.
Unframed prints: rolled with extreme care and placed in a rigid, rectangular package.
This solution allows for a more delicate curvature of the paper and certificate of authenticity.
Framed prints: custom packaging, designed to ensure maximum protection during transport.
All shipments are insured.
Damage or Issues
If the product arrives damaged, a free replacement will be provided as soon as possible.
To receive a replacement, you will need to send me a photo of the defect within 48 hours of receiving the package.
